Do we use a lapel mic during the ceremony?
Yes we do, to make sure we have a crystal clear recording of your vows.

How long till we get our DVD?
8 weeks until you get your First Cut of your DVD.

Do we have any input into the final edit of our DVD?
Yes, once the edit is complete, we will send you a copy on DVD called ‘The First Cut’, we give you one week to watch it and let us know if there any changes that you would like to make.

Can we select our own music?
Yes, we have a licence from AMCOS/ARIA that allows us to use any commercially released music on your DVD.

Do we have insurance?
Yes, we have fully comprehensive Public Liability and Workers compensation for everyone at CK Video Design.

Do we have backup camera operators/ equipment?
Yes, we have a range of Cameras and operators that we can call on in the case of emergency.

Do we require a meal?
A meal is always appreciated (most venues have suppliers discounts), but not necessary.

What is our deposit refund policy?
If you cancel your booking with CK Video Design and we are able to fill the date with another booking, we will refund your deposit. Exceptional circumstances can be discussed at the time of cancellation.

Can we get copies of our DVD later on?
Yes, we keep all of the original digital tapes your wedding was shot on, and a master disc copy of your DVD.

Can we book to just have our wedding filmed and we do the edit?
Yes, negotiable packages are available for filming only.

How long has CK Video Design been operating?
We have been working in the wedding video business since 2001.
